These Terms of Service govern your use of TWClipper (twclipper.com). By using the site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
What TWClipper does
TWClipper lets you download publicly available video, photo, and GIF media from X (Twitter) posts by pasting a link. The tool only works on content that is publicly accessible on X; it cannot and does not access private, protected, or deleted accounts.
Acceptable use
You agree to use TWClipper only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to use downloaded media to infringe copyright, not to use the tool to harvest content at scale for redistribution, and not to attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Consequently, accounts or IP ranges found automating bulk scraping may be blocked without notice.
Copyright responsibility
You are responsible for how you use any media you download. Downloading a video does not transfer copyright ownership to you. Furthermore, re-posting someone else’s content without permission or attribution may violate their rights and X’s own terms of service. No warranty

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWClipper and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or claims arising from copyright disputes over downloaded content.
